We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our coffee shop operations across the United Arab Emirates, including the setup and launch of our flagship café from scratch. This is a key leadership role for a results-driven professional ready to grow with an expanding brand.

Job Purpose
To oversee daily operations across all branches while ensuring consistency in quality, service excellence, brand standards, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations across all coffee shop branches
- Lead the setup, launch, and opening of the flagship café from the ground up
- Implement and enforce operational policies, SOPs, brand guidelines, and global franchise standards
- Recruit, train, and manage the initial operations and store teams
- Monitor sales performance, costs, KPIs, and operational efficiency
- Ensure high standards of quality control and customer experience
- Resolve operational issues across multiple locations
- Coordinate with franchisors, suppliers, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and food safety standards
- Prepare operational and performance reports for ownership
- Contribute to long-term expansion planning and organizational structure development
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in coffee shop or F&B operations management
- Proven experience in opening new cafés or restaurant concepts
- Prior franchise operations experience is strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
- Excellent reporting and analytical abilities
- Hands-on, independent leadership style suitable for a start-up environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee shop operations, quality systems, and food safety
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience in the UAE or GCC market is a strong advantage
