Job Title: Outdoor Sales Officer

Job Summary:
Green Globe Plastic Industries LLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Officer to promote and sell our range of products, including brooms, PET straps, and cleaning items, across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outdoor sales visits to wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and trading companies
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
Promote company products and explain features, pricing, and benefits to customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
Collect market feedback, monitor competitors, and report to management
Coordinate with the warehouse and accounts team for smooth order processing and payment follow-up
Requirements:
Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (preferably in FMCG, plastic products, or cleaning items)
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of UAE market, especially Sharj region
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
