Outdoor Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting salons and potential customers, promoting our hair and nail cosmetic products, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Visit salons, beauty centers, and potential customers to introduce and promote company products.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and purchasing staff.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and product requirements.
Introduce new products, promotions, and special offers to customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare regular sales and customer visit reports.
Coordinate with the office and delivery team to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
Maintain a professional image and represent the company positively at all times.
Female candidate preferred.
Previous experience in outdoor sales, preferably in cosmetics, hair, nail, beauty, or salon products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and presentable when meeting salon owners and clients.
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
Ability to actively seek and develop new customers.
Good negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel and visit salons on a daily basis.
UAE market and salon industry experience is an advantage.
UAE driving license is preferred.
Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Ability to meet monthly sales targets.
