We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Mixer to join our paint trading shop in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be skilled in mixing automotive and decorative paints, achieving precise color shades according to customer samples, and maintaining consistency in repeat orders. The Paint Mixer will also manage paint inventory, operate mixing equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality paint preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Mix and match paint colors accurately using customer samples, formulas, and tinting systems
Prepare and mix 1K, 2K, NC, and enamel paints
Achieve the required color shade and maintain consistency for repeat orders
Use computerized tinting software to find color codes and formulas
Operate mixing equipment and maintain cleanliness of the mixing area
Manage inventory, label, store, and organize paint stock
Keep accurate records of formulas, batches, and customer orders
Ensure proper mixing and quality to satisfy customer requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience in paint mixing or paint shop work
Knowledge of automotive and decorative paint systems
Strong color vision and attention to detail
Familiarity with PC-based paint formula systems
Ability to reproduce colors consistently
Able to stand for long periods and handle paint materials safely
Basic English communication (Ur is a plus)
