Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an experienced Cook specializing in Pakistani cuisine to join our team in Al Nahda Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing authentic Pakistani dishes, particularly biryani and pulao, with a commitment to high food safety standards. This is a full-time role offering free food, accommodation, visa sponsorship, and medical insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Pakistani dishes, with a focus on biryani, pulao, and other authentic meals.
Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Ensure all food is prepared in a hygienic and safe manner, adhering to food safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Work efficiently and professionally, adjusting to different shift schedules as required.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in cooking, with a focus on Pakistani cuisine.
Expertise in preparing biryani, pulao, and other traditional Pakistani meals.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Dependable, professional, and flexible with work hours.
Pakistani nationality is preferred, but strong expertise in authentic Pakistani cuisine will be considered.
Available for an in-person interview in the UAE.
