KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
• Verify travel doents and provide relevant information
• Handle passenger enquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with boarding gates, flight information, and passenger flow
• Support passengers requiring special assistance
• Coordinate with relevant airport teams when necessary
• Handle passenger concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain a high standard of service and communication

• High school diploma or relevant qualification
• Previous airport, airline, hospitality, or customer-service experience is an advantage
• Good English communication skills
• Pleasant personality and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• UAE experience is an advantage
