You will maintain accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of performance data, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to support talent development strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of performance management frameworks, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to compliance and governance standards. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
