We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a senior executive (or principal). The ideal candidate should be dependable, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Prepare reports, doents, and presentations as needed.
Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
Coordinate events, meetings, and special projects.
Run personal errands and handle confidential matters with discretion.
Liaise with internal staff, clients, and external partners on behalf of the employer.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite, calendar management, and communication tools).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
