Key Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and managing promotional campaigns, offers, and incentives
Support daily promotional operations on the platform
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure promotions are launched accurately and on time
Help monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
Assist in managing promotional content and materials
Support partner or affiliate promotion activities when required
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Ensure promotional activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
0–2 years of experience in marketing, promotion, or operations
Interest in online platforms, digital products, or e-commerce
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic analytical and reporting ability
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with digital marketing or online promotions
Experience working with online platforms or mobile applications
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
