a. Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy industry (Steel, Power, Petrochemical, or Oil & Gas).
b. At least 5 years of experience in a similar planning role within GCC countries.
c. Advanced level user expertise in SAP and other CMMS systems.
d. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera (P6), and GPV.
e. Strong analytical skills for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and RCS.
