a. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
b. 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
c. Previous construction project experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.

e. Strong experience in progress monitoring, schedule updates, recovery plans, and lookahead schedules.
f. Good knowledge of critical path, S-curves, progress reports, and delay analysis.
g. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting.
h. Strong coordination skills with project management and site teams.
