You will guide the planning team in managing equipment data within the Oracle CMMS, reviewing maintenance procedures, and optimizing daily work schedules to enhance production reliability. Key responsibilities include benchmarking monthly KPIs, preparing management dashboards, and driving institutional changes to support work control best practices. You will oversee the balance between preventative and corrective maintenance, review plans for rotary and static equipment, and support reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) excellence. Additionally, you will monitor maintenance budgets, review tender conditions to mitigate risks, and lead multidisciplinary teams through technical discussions and conflict resolution.

Applicants must hold an Engineering Degree with more than 10 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
