The selected candidate will oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of mechanical plant equipment, plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshoot mechanical failures, monitor equipment reliability, coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, maintain maintenance records, and support efficient plant operations to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

a. Proven experience as a Mechanical Plant Engineer in Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial, or heavy construction projects.
b. Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, rotating machinery, pumps, compressors, and plant maintenance systems.
c. Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and implement effective maintenance solutions.
d. Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning.
e. Good understanding of HSE regulations, quality standards, and maintenance best practices.
f. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
g. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering and maintenance teams.
