Multi-Tech Support: Assisting the electrical and HVAC teams with tasks like fixing AC condensate drain lines or mounting electrical brackets when plumbing tasks are caught up.
Materials Management: Maintaining an inventory of essential spares (washers, PVC joints, valves, Teflon tape) to ensure high "first-time fix" rates.
Technical Skills & Tools
Piping Knowledge: Proficiency with various materials, including PVC, PPR, Copper, and GI (Galvanized Iron), including soldering and heat-fusion welding.
Drainage Systems: Experience using industrial drain snakes, hydro-jetting equipment, and CCTV pipe inspection cameras.

Qualifications
