We are hiring A Pool Guard to ensuring the safety of swimmers and guests in and around the swimming pool area. The role includes monitoring pool activity, enforcing safety rules, responding to emergencies, and providing first aid or life-saving assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor swimming pool activities to prevent accidents and ensure swimmer safety.
Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
Respond promptly to emergencies and perform rescue operations when necessary.
Administer first aid or CPR in the event of an injury or emergency.
Check and maintain pool equipment and water quality (e.g., chlorine levels, cleanliness).
Inspect safety equipment and report any issues or hazards.
Requirements:
Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
Alert, responsible, and quick decision-making abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
