We are looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive PPF installer & Detailing Technician to join our Premium car care and customization workshop. The ideal Candidate will be responsible for installing Paint Protection Film (PPF), window tinting, Polishing, and general detailing services to high-end standards.
Responsibilities:
Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on vehicles with precision and high-quality finish
Apply window tinting films (ceramic, carbon, nano-ceramic, UV protection)
Perform machine polishing and paint correction (Cutting, polishing, finishing)
Prepare vehicle surfaces (washing, decontamination, clay bar, IPA wipe-down)
Ensure clean, bubble-free, and dust-free installations
Inspect finished work and maintain premium quality control standards
Use detailing tools and machines safely (rotary, DA, Orbital polishers)
Maintain workshop cleanliness and equipment care
Follow company SOPs and customer service standards
Support Team members in other detailing tasks when required
Desired candidate profile:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in automotive detailing or similar field is a plus.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in PPF installation or automotive finishing is preferred.
Certification in PPF installation from a recognized institution enhances credibility and skill proficiency.
Prior experience in a fast-paced automotive environment demonstrates ability to work under pressure.
