Presentation Specialist – Creative Events
Job Summary
We are looking for a Presentation Specialist to create visually engaging presentations, pitch decks, and storytelling materials for creative events, activations, and client proposals. The role transforms ideas into clear, impactful visuals that support sales, pitching, and event execution.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality presentations for pitches, proposals, and client meetings
Translate event concepts into clear visual storytelling
Support creative teams with mock-ups and visual concepts
Ensure brand consistency across all presentations
Enhance slides with graphics, motion elements, and visuals where needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Marketing, or related field
2+ years’ experience in presentation design or creati industry
Strong skills in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong visual storytelling and design sense
Ability to work under tight deadlines and multiple projects
Preferred
Experience in events, exhibitions, or activations
Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus - but not required
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in:
Microsoft PowerPoint (expert level)
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Knowledge of motion graphics tools (After Effects) is a plus.
Familiarity with Canva or similar rapid design tools is an advantage.
Bi-lingual (English /Arabic) Presentations

Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals.
