Pricing & Logistics Coordinator Position

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Pricing & Logistics Coordinator to join our team to help drive our company growth and strengthen client relationships within our expanding market.
Responsibilities:
•Follow up on all quoted orders internally or externally.
•Receives enquiries from Internal and External customer, timely acknowledgment & quotation.
•Negotiate with external vendors for rates and services as needed from time to time.
•Maintain relationship with all interested parties.
•Ensure checking all doentation.
•Coordinates and ensure timely booking, pre-alert and uplift of cargo.
•Coordinates and ensures timely clearance for deliveries.
•Maintain Files and File Registers.
•Preparing monthly, daily, weekly reports.
•Preferred 2 years of experience in Bahrain market in same role (Logistics, sea freight industry or similar fields).
•Familiarity with different negotiating techniques and pricing
•Excellent communication skills with clien.
•Excellent negotiating skills.
•Languages: English and / Arabic
