Job Summary
Responsible for the operation, setup, and maintenance of large-format printers (solvent plotters, UV printers) and managing prepress files using RIP software.
Key Responsibilities-
Operate Equipment: Run large-format solvent, eco-solvent, and UV printers.Maintain Machines:
Perform daily head cleaning, nozzle checks, and mechanical calibration.RIP & Prepress:
Process and optimize design files using RIP software (Onyx, Caldera, MainTop).Quality & Color Control:
Match colors accurately using ICC profiles and inspect prints for defects.
Media Handling: Load, unload, and manage heavy rolls of vinyl, banners, and rigid substrates.
