We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Print Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end print production and fulfillment operations. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring smooth production workflows, pricing strategy, vendor management, print quality control, order fulfillment efficiency, and collaboration with the design and catalog team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily print production operations (digital, offset, large-format, etc.)
Optimize and manage order processing from eCommerce platform to print fulfillment.
Monitor and enforce quality assurance procedures at every stage.
Monitor timely production and shipping of customer orders, maintaining strict SLA compliance.
Determine competitive pricing based on materials, specifications and partner capabilities.
Support the Enterprise Sales team with presale estimations and project scoping for large and custom print jobs.
Coordinate with design team, catalog team and printing partners (in terms of operation and delivery).
Oversee the full lifecycle of print fulfilment, including coordination of delivery, logistics, packaging, and dispatch.
Monitor and supervise logistics, packaging, dispatch, and delivery schedules in line with client deadlines.
Oversee the entire order life cycle from order confirmation to delivery in coordination with external print partners.
Address and resolve escalations related to order fulfilment, delays, or quality issues
Visit warehouses, schedule and attend meetings at partner facilities, or supplier offices as and when needed.
Requirements:
Immediate joiners preferred.
5-10 years of experience in print production, fulfilment, or operations, preferably in a commercial or digital print industry
In-depth knowledge of printing technologies especially in terms of digital printing.
Good Knowledge of Offset and large format printing.
Knowledge of digital printing techniques such as MGI.
Professional English speaking and writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with job tracking or MIS systems.
Experience with online print platforms or web-to-print systems is a strong advantage.
Excellent problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Must have a UAE driving License.
