A leading organization in Oman is seeking an experienced Procurement & Contracts Expert to manage strategic sourcing, tendering, commercial negotiations, and complex procurement and contract activities. The role requires extensive experience in high-value procurement and contracts, strong governance knowledge, and expertise in contract lifecycle management, with Omani nationality required.

b. Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or related discipline.
c. Master’s degree preferred.
d. 12+ years’ relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years with a Master’s, or 8+ years with a Doctoral degree.
e. Minimum 5 years managing complex, high-value procurement and contracts.
f. Experience in strategic sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, and commercial negotiation.
g. CI, CPSM, Contract & Commercial Management, Project Management, or Oracle S certifications preferred.
