We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and supply of materials and services required for the Group’s operations. The role ensures timely procurement at optimal cost while maintaining quality standards and compliance with company policies.
Handle end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
Identify reliable suppliers and maintain an approved vendor database.
Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related doentation.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and services in coordination with suppliers and internal departments.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stor to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and reports.
Support audits by providing procurement doentation as required.
Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within UAE.
