QBD is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the procurement functions for our Construction Division in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including tendering, subcontractor trade packages (civil, structural, MEP, and finishing), and estimation support. The role involves developing procurement schedules aligned with project programs and leveraging an established network of UAE suppliers to optimize costs. You will negotiate complex contracts, ensure compliance with UAE construction market practices, and manage vendor relationships to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality materials. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving value and efficiency within a main contractor environment.

a. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
b. Proven procurement experience specifically within a main contractor environment.
