The Procurement Officer is responsible for the strategic sourcing and procurement of aviation spare parts, tools, and goods. You will manage the full procurement lifecycle, from order placement and vendor correspondence to contract preparation and financial evaluations. Key responsibilities include coordinating with engineering and stores to maintain optimum inventory levels, managing repair orders to reduce turnaround times, and negotiating prices and terms with suppliers. You will also maintain a preferred vendors list, resolve logistics issues, and ensure all transactions are accurately doented in the material accounting system while adhering to budget controls and company policies.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Post Graduate degree or professional procurement certification is a plus. You must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the aviation sector or a similar-sized organization.
