Job Title: Product Manager (Immediate Joiner)
Location: Business Bay, Dubai (Onsite)

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Product Manager to oversee the development and enhancement of our product offerings. The PM will drive product vision, roadmap, and strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet both user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Product Strategy & Vision:
•Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
•Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify new opportunities and challenges.
•Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable product plans.
2.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
•Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product goals and timelines are met.
•Prioritize features, define user stories, and maintain a product backlog based on business and user needs.
3.Product Development:
•Lead the product development process from ideation through to delivery, ensuring that the product meets quality standards and deadlines.
•Maintain an iterative approach, refining and improving the product based on testing and feedback.
•Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, delivery, and ongoing improvement.
4.User & Market Research:
•Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and validate product ideas.
•Analyze product performance and user data to continuously improve product offerings and user satisfaction.
5.Stakeholder Management:
•Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress, challenges, and outcomes.
•Present product initiatives and trade-offs to executive teams, incorporating feedback into the product strategy.
6.Metrics & Analytics:
•Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product.
•Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to make data-driven decisions and refine the product roadmap.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
•3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
•Proven experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
•Strong understanding of user-centered design, principles, and agile methodologies.
•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
•Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., SaaS, E-commerce, etc.].
•Strong technical background or understanding of engineering principles.
•Experience in data analysis and using data to make informed product decisions.
