We are looking for an experienced Product Sales Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE, covering the UAE market for MNC medical-device implants in Cardiology and Neurovascul.
Candidate Profile
- 6–8 years of U experience in medical-device sales
- Experience in Cardiology, Neurovascular or Neurology implants
- Pharmacist or Biomedical Engineer preferred
- Experience with MNC / international medical-device companies preferred
- Strong relationships with hospitals, cath labs, interventional cardiologists, neurologists and procurement teams
- Proven sales and business-development track record
- Arabic speaker preferred
- UAE driving licence preferred
- Immediate joiner / short notice preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow UAE sales for assigned implant portfolio
- Develop key hospital and physician accounts
- Drive product adoption and new business development
- Manage KOL relationships and clinical activities
- Achieve annual sales and revenue targets
- Support product launches and market development
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual CTC: AED 130,000–150,000
- Annual performance-based commission
