We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage LV switchgear manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
Lead and manage Production Engineers, Supervisors, Electricians, Busbar Fitters and Technicians.
Ensure production complies with approved drawings, customer specifications, IEC standards and quality requirements.
Monitor productivity, manpower, material utilization, rework, wastage and production costs.
Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Stores, , Projects and Logistics teams.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor production KPIs and prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
8–15 years of experience in LV Switchgear / Electrical Panel Manufacturing.
Minimum 3–5 years in a Production Manager / leadership role.
Strong experience in MDB, SMDB, MCC, PCC, ATS, Capacitor Banks, DBs, Synchronization and Control Panels.
Strong knowledge of LV switchgear manufacturing, IEC standards and electrical drawings.
Experience in production planning, manpow planning and E systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
