Production Support
•Assist the Production In-Charge in daily galvanizing plant activities
•Help track customer materials from receipt to dispatch
•Support loading, unloading, and finishing activities
•Maintain basic production and job records
•Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and housekeeping standards
Sales & Customer Support
•Assist in preparing quotations and job details under guidance
•Coordinate with customers regarding job status and delivery timelines
•Maintain customer records and follow up on pending jobs
•Support dispatch coordination and doentation
•Willingness to learn both production and basic sales work
•Good communication skills
•Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp)
•Ability to follow instructions and work as a team
•Discipline and positive attitude
•ITI / Diploma / Graduate (technical or non-technical)
