Sensia Global, a joint venture between Rockwell Automation and Schlumberger, is seeking a Production Systems Engineer to lead Digital Oilfield Solutions in Muscat. You will design and maintain operational workflows for production and reservoir teams, covering data acquisition, well test validation, and shortfall analysis. The role involves creating visualization dashboards to track KPIs and conducting technical workshops for clients. Additionally, you will drive business development by identifying opportunities to upsell digital solutions and serving as a technical advisor to bridge field challenges with automated technologies. This hybrid role is critical for enabling assets to operate more productively through industrial-scale digitalization.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production engineering within the Oil & Gas industry. Proven experience in implementing and supporting digital oilfield management platforms. Demonstrated background in technical sales or business development for digital solutions. Advanced English language skills (Arabic is a significant plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset. Willingness to travel to various client sites across the region as required.
