Home Bakery is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team in expanding our restaurant brand across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing project doentation, coordinating contractors and suppliers, tracking timelines, assisting with site visits, and supporting procurement and government approvals. You will be responsible for preparing reports and ensuring that all projects run smoothly, on schedule, and within budget.

a. 1–2 years of working experience in the UAE, preferably in F&B, fit-out, or construction projects
b. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
c. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
d. Basic understanding of AutoCAD to re floor plans (plus)
e. Excellent written and verbal communication in English
f. Willingness to travel across the UAE
g. High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and proactive mindset
