Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support the Project Team
Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, plans, and reports
Prepare and distribute project doentation, reports
Coordinate communication between internal teams, contractors
Monitor action items and follow up to ensure timely completion
Support procurement, subcontractor coordination, and material tracking
Assist with cost tracking, variations
Maintain organized project records and doentation systems
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in a project coordination or support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with project management tools or doent control systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
