Coordinates all projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, attend client meetings, and identifies and escalates technical problems to either the Site or Technical Supervisors. Identifies and analyzes systems requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are doented appropriately. Oversee and coordinate all teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and are up to the agreed quality standards.
