WE'RE HIRING – PROJECT COST ESTIMATOR
Location: Al Khawaneej, UAE
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets
- Review drawings, specs, and project requirements
- Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
- Identify cost risks and value‑engineering options
- Update estimates as scopes change
- Source vendors and suppliers
- Conduct market checks and site visits
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a cost estimator in the construction industry
- Proficient in MS Projects, MS Excel, or similar software
- Can start immediately
- Must have a UAE experience
- UAE driver’s license , own car and visa is a plus
