You will be responsible for leading engineering initiatives, managing project lifecycles from conception to completion, and ensuring effective resource allocation. Key duties include identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring all technical designs meet rigorous standards, and maximizing In-Country Value (ICV) in alignment with national objectives. This role requires a collaborative approach to coordinate with cross-functional teams, previous experience in Mining, Minerals, or Metals sectors, and the ability to translate technical studies into successful field execution.

Must be an Omani National. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field). Minimum 5 years of professional engineering and project management experience. Comprehensive understanding of In-Country Value (ICV) requirements in Oman. Proven ability to manage project resources and schedules effectively. Previous experience in Mining, Minerals & Metals or large industrial studies is highly preferred. Strong risk management capabilities within a technical project environment.
