Job Responsibilities:
•Supervise and monitor civil construction activities including structural, finishing, and external works.
•Review IFC and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with approved designs and method statements.
•Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technic issues.
•Prepare dai reports, material submittals, and work schedules.
•Ensure compliance with , safety, and environmental policies.
•Verify work quantities for progress billing and variation claims.
•Support site teams through planning, scheduling, and technical problem-solving.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
•5–8 years of relevant experience in multi-storied building construction.
•Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Primave Project.
•Good understanding of and site doentation procedures.
•Fluency in English and Arabic – mandatory.
•Transferable Iqama – mandatory.
•Immediate joining preferred.
•3-month probation period before employment confirmation.
•Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects preferred.
•Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills essential.
