Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and managing HVAC project execution from initiation to completion. The role involves site monitoring, coordination with clients and subcontractors, material management, doentation control, billing, and ensuring quality and timely completion of works.
Key Responsibilities:
•Site Monitoring: Supervise daily site activities to ensure HVAC works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.
•Subcontractor Management: Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate subcontractors’ performance to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
•Material Requisition: Prepare and follow up on material requisitions to ensure timely delivery of approved materials to site.
•Client Coordination: Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders for technical and execution-related matters.
•Doentation & Approvals: Prepare, submit, and follow up on Material Approval Submittals (MAS), shop drawings, and variation claims. Asbuilt Drawings.
•Billing & Payments: Prepare interim and final bills for client submission and follow up for timely certification and payment.
•Site Progress Reporting: Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and highlight potential risks or delays.
•Quality Assurance: Ensure all HVAC installations meet the required quality standards and comply with project specifications and safety norms.
