Job Summary
Arabian Gulf Associates (AGA) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of Architectural Steel, Facade, Fabric Membrane, and Tensile Structure projects in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning to final handover.
Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Review drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and project doentation.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Manage project costs, variations, and reporting.
Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
Ensure timely procurement and coordination of materials and site activities.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
Proven experience managing Architectural Steel, Structural Steel, Facade, Fabric Membrane, and Tensile Structure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, project planning, and site execution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
PMP Certification is preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
GCC experience is preferred.
