We are seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing project activities to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.
Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Experience in conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, incident investigations, and safety audits.
Familiarity with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems).
Ability to develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE reporti tools.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
Willingness to travel to project sites and work in field environments when required.
Strong commitment to promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Valid driver's license (if required for site visits).
Good written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage, depending on the project location.
