We are seeking a capable and delivery-focused Project Manager to join our Project Management division. The role is centred on hands-on project delivery, coordination, and execution across live projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
This position suits someone who is practical, organised, and comfortable operating in dynamic project environments.
Key Responsibilities•Manage projects across the full lifecycle, from initiation to close-out•Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress trackers•Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders•Monitor scope, time, cost, risks, and issues•Prepare progress reports and support client governance meetings•Manage change requests, variations, and project doentation•Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed objectives, timelines, and quality standards•Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and tools
Required Experience & Skills•Demonstrated experience in project delivery roles•Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills•Practical understanding of project controls and reporting•Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities•Clear and professional communication skills•Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
Background & Qualifications•3–7 years’ experience in project management or related roles•Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, IT, or complex delivery environments is preferred•PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (or working towards) is desirable•Relevant degree in engineering, project management, or business preferred
