Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager who thrives in the world of events — someone who can transform ideas into seamless experiences. You will oversee multiple event projects, ensuring timelines, design intent, and client expectations are met with precision and creativity.
Key Responsibilities•Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.•Collaborate with design and technical teams to develop event layouts, presentations, and creative decks using Canva and PowerPoint.•Manage client communications, supplier coordination, and onsite logistics.•Supervise setup, dismantle, and ensure every detail meets brand standards.•Handle timelines, budgets, and task allocations efficiently.•Support in developing project briefs and visual mood boards for client approval.•Ensure sustainability and innovation are integrated into every design.
Qualifications•Proven experience in event management or production (minimum 2–3 years).•Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint (visual presentation and pitch deck creation).•Strong communication and organizational skills.•Ability to multitask under pressure and lead a team confidently.•Eye for detail, creativity, and understanding of aesthetics.•Tech-savvy and familiar with modern event technologies (lighting, screens, stage layouts, etc.) is a plus.
