• Lead and manage project planning, execution, and completion in line with company objectives
• Oversee marine construction
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and prepare performance and status reports
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards
• B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
• UPDA Certification required
• PMP Certification preferred
• Minimum 15 years of experience in marine construction, ports, or Oil & Gas infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of construction planning, budgeting, and HSE systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools
