- Schedule Development: Create baseline schedules, project plans, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Progress Tracking: Monitor site progress against the baseline, identifying deviations and developing recovery plans.
- Resource Management: Optimize manpower, equipment, and materials utilization.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly progress reports for stakeholders.
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct risk analysis and identify potential delays to prevent disruption.
- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Cost Control: Assist in cash flow forecasting and budget monitoring.
