Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Project Team
Prepare, format, and distribute project correspondence, reports
Maintain project doentation, records, and filing systems
Handle incoming and outgoing communications
Track and control project doents, drawings, and revisions
Assist with doent submissions to contractors
Support procurement and invoice doentation as required
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of project information
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a project-based or administrative role (constructi experience preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
