Key Requirements
•Minimum 1 year real estate experience in Abu Dhabi
•Must have own valid UAE visa
•Proven ability in lead generation, client handling, and deal closure
•Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic and other languages adds value.
•Proactive approach, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of Abu Dhabi's real estate market
•Can join immediately or within a few days
Role Responsibilities
•Proactively source clients seeking real estate advisory services through cold calling, professional networking, and structured presentations
•Collaborate directly with clients to assess requirements, preferences, and budget parameters
•Conduct property viewings and client meetings
•Manage listings and negotiations
•Maintain accurate records and follow compliance standards
•Build long term client relationships
•Must be available in Abu Dhabi
