Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant, located in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property investments, facilitating real estate transactions, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. Key duties include consulting with clients to understand their property needs, assisting with sales and leasing processes, conducting property viewings, and remaining informed of the real estate market trends and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.
Qualifications
Expertise in Consulting and Real Estate to provide accurate advice and guide clients in property transactions
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Sales experience with proven negotiation and closing abilities
Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and compliance with RERA regulations
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory
Driving License is mandatory
