Job Description

Position Overview
Responsible for helping clients find, lease, or buy properties. Tasked with growing company customer base by
generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices. In charge of
creating and presenting property offers and details to the prospected clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Tasks and Reports Obtain agreements from property owners to place properties for sa. Generate lists of properties for sa, their locations, and descriptions. Monitor fulfillment of purchase contract terms to ensure that they are handled in a timely manner. Follow through the process for a property for sa to completion. Develop and maintain existing client portfolio. Ensure all tenan contracts are drafted and checked. Ensure all closed files are completed accurately with all doents in place and ready for commission
payment. Complying with the Weekly Statistic Sheet.
Business Relations and Knowledge Build good client relations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buye or landlo over property prices and
settlement details, and during the closing of sal. Maintain superior knowledge of the real estate regulations, laws, type of available mortgage, and local
economies. Complete regular CMA’s (Comparative Market Analysis) to have a clear market understanding and offer
accurate valuations. Participate in any networking events that will bring in business to Direct Properties.
