Future Homes Real Estate LLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing professional real estate advice and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
Conduct property viewings and present suitable property options.
Generate leads through online platforms, social media, networking, and referrals.
Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
Maintain updated property listings and market information.
Achieve individual sales and leasing targets.
Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, projects, and regulations.
Requirements:
Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
Good knowledge of the Dubai property market is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Training for secondary and offlan will be provided.
