Job Title: Property Consultant Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Basic Salary + Commission
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market trends and investment opportunities.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners.
•Negotiate deals and ensure all legal doentation and processes are completed.
•Promote properties through various marketing channels (online listings, social media, etc.).
•Coordinate appointments, property visits, and meetings with property landlord.
•Maintain and update property listings, databases, and landlord records.
•Prepare and manage necessary doentation, contracts, and follow-ups.
•Provide administrative support, including reports, presentations, and transaction tracking.
•Negotiation with Property Owners.
•Female candidates are preferred.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in real estate, sales, or administrative roles
•Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
