Property Sales Consultant
We are expanding our real estate team in the UAE and are seeking motivated and results-driven Property Sales Consultants to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in sales, client engagement, and closing deals in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Role Overview
As a Property Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling company-provided property listings to potential buyers and investors. All leads are provided by the company, allowing you to focus fully on client engagement, property presentations, and closing transactions.
Responsibilities
-Engage with company-provided leads and inquiries
-Present and promote available property projects to clients
-Conduct client meetings and property consultations
-Support buyers and investors throughout the sales process
-Negotiate and close property transactions
-Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service
-Stay informed on current market trends and project updates
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
-1–2 years of experience in the real estate industry (preferably in the UAE)
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in a sales environment
-Must have a valid UAE residency visa
-Strong interest in real estate and property investment
-Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
