Key Responsibilities
• Implement LOTO and PTW procedures
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical & instrumentation isolations
• Support lock application, tag verification and clearance activities
• Coordinate PTW issuance, extension, suspension and closure
• Support switching, energization and system handover activities
• Maintain LO records and lock registers
• Conduct field inspections and verify safe working conditions
• Support commissioning walk-downs, punch clearance and readiness activities
• Coordinate with commissioning, operations, contractors and Owner representatives
• Report unsafe conditions, isolation conflicts and abnormal conditions
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in LOTO / PTW / isolation coordination
Power plant, oil & gas, LNG or large industrial experience preferred
Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation isolation
Ability to read P&IDs, SLDs, loop drawings and vendor doents
Technical institute graduate or equivalent experience
Good communication and basic English skills
Preferred HV / Electrical Switching Certification LOTO / PTW Coordinator or Authorized Person certification Gas turbine commissioning experience Experience with energization and system handover
